There are so many different digital cameras out there - and so many prices - but which are the Best Buys?

These are a few of  what we think are the best Digital Cameras for people on a low Budget. These are all available for around  €100 including delivery.

Canon Powershot A470 available for €89 plus €12.90 delivery to Ireland ( €101.90 )
The Canon Powershot A470 is an affordable but versatile camera -  (7 Mega Pixel ) and is a fine choice for anyone starting  out in digital photography.  It did better than many more expensive digital cameras in Reviews by consumer organisations in the UK. Available now at Pixmania

Also highly recommended is the Canon Powershot A590 IS - available now at Pixmania for about €111 delivered in Ireland. This camera has a lot of manual adjustment functions that an experienced digital photographer might want to use - such as aperture and shutter speed priority mode settings, and a manually adjustable focus and flash. New photographers can use the 12 preset exposure programme. There isn’t any internal memory, but a 32MB card is supplied. 8 Mp - 4x Zoom

For a little bit extra you could get a Fuji FinePix S5800 for around €130 delivered from Pixmania or a Panasonic Lumix Fs3 8 Mega Pixel and 4x Zoom - for about €132 delivered.

We did a quick - price comparison of the cost of buying 4 books online with delivery to Ireland. The 4 books were chosen as the type that people will probably be buying as Christmas presents. The selections were fairly random. The results were not too surprising - Easons turned out to be  over €31 Euro more expensive than Amazon for just 4 books! Amazon were the cheapest and Waterstones total price came fairly close to that of Amazon.

Fable 2 is one of the best selling XBox 360 games at the moment - but where is the cheapest place to buy it online with delivery to Ireland ?
On Nov 10th 2008 these were the best prices available on Fable2 for delivery in Ireland.

Asda came out as the lowest price at €43 delivered (£34.91 (free delivery )

Zavvi - Fable 2 £35 plus £4 delivery = £39 GBP  or approx €47.65 Euro
